Thank you for your interest in obtaining an autograph! Please read the following and fill out the form to complete your transaction.

– Autographs are $50 USD per photo.
– There is a $5 Shipping Fee for each autograph
– California residents will be charged sales tax.
– Your credit card will be billed within 48 hours of submitting your request below.
– A transaction from “Epcar Entertainment, Inc.” will appear on your credit card statement.
– Should the transaction be declined, we will notify you via email.
– All sales are final.
